usually non-refundable, and we firmly believe in the quality and
value of the courses we provide.
The refund is applicable only under exceptional
circumstances, which are as follows:
~ In the event that course access is not granted because of
the
platform's glitch, and the payment has been made, customers will
be
eligible for a refund after having raised the complaint, and the
complaint stays unresolved within 7 working days,
~ The refund shall be credited to directly to their bank
account
/ payment method through which the payment was received.
~ If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for
the
same product offering, the refund will be processed through the
same
payment channel used for the original transaction.
~ In case you miss out on using a coupon code and make the
entire payment, no refund shall be applicable.
~ For event cancellations, eligible participants will be
entitled to a refund.
